CONFIDENTIALITY: What we discuss is solely between me and you. Any responses shared with staff will be generalized and your name will not be attached.

GOALS: To make things better, more efficient, and ensure that we are leading properly; and to build great companies, outstanding people, and an organization where people look forward to coming to work each day. My role has changed to more of a chairman of the board, but I am still involved a good bit behind the scenes. This is your chance to help lead the company!

BASIC TOPICS: What are we doing right/wrong? What should we stop doing? What should we start doing?

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Relax! I will ask you a series of questions and then you can ask me anything.

DOCUMENTATION: I plan to combine the results (especially patterns) of the interviews into one document for everyone. I will not mention anything that you wish to be kept confidential.
