Audits, Competitor Analyses, Industry Benchmarking
While our discovery meeting provides a great starting point for your digital marketing strategy, we also know the most effective strategies are rooted in data, not gut instincts. At this stage, we conduct an audit of your digital marketing initiatives from all angles. In other words, we closely examine your website content, UI/UX design, brand messaging, social media marketing, and SEO to identify what’s working and what’s not. We also conduct thorough research of industry standards and even your competitors’ digital efforts. Our team uses this data to identify your place in the market and suggest strategies for improvement.
Data-driven Buyer Personas
In this next phase of research and strategy, we pull together everything we’ve learned from our discovery meeting and audits to develop your buyer personas. Buyer personas capture segments of your target audience in semi-fictional representations, putting a face on all the data we’ve compiled to this point. We also conduct additional research to identify keywords that can be associated with each persona to drive an effective, targeted digital marketing strategy. These personas will guide everything we do for you throughout our partnership, from content marketing to UI/UX design and everything in between.
Defining Objectives, Goals, KPIs
In order to recommend services and an approach that’s catered to you, we conclude our initial research with a strategy that defines the objectives, goals, and KPIs (key performance metrics) for our partnership. We examine the goals discussed in your discovery meeting, the analytics pulled from your digital marketing audit, and industry standard research to produce both SMART and stretch goals. By monitoring progress and reporting on your KPIs monthly and/or quarterly, we continuously improve upon your strategy for the lifetime of our partnership.
