Capital Waste Services is a South Carolina-based waste services company serving residential, commercial, and industrial services throughout the Southeast. Capital Waste wanted a new website that was fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to use. To meet their needs, our team delivered UI/UX design, web development, content writing, and video production. One key feature of the new site is the zip code search tool, allowing users to enter their zip code and check if their area is serviced by Capital Waste, including available services and the corresponding facility. With multiple services and diverse audiences, we focused on creating a clear, well-organized information hierarchy. We chose a hamburger menu to maintain a clean design and direct attention to key calls-to-action. The result is a sleek, professional website that serves both current and potential customers effectively.
