nesa case study
The North Eastern Strategic Alliance is a regional, non-profit, economic devleopment organization that serves nine counties in northeastern South Carolina. The most comprehensive economic development alliance in the state, NESA’s primary objective is to create jobs for the residents of the region by working with the existing industry base and recruiting new companies.
RESEARCH & PLANNING
During the strategy phase, we discovered that the website needed to primarily be a place to communicate exactly who NESA is, while also providing an organized space to show available property data for those seeking to make an informed decision on locating facilities within the northeastern region of South Carolina.
We wanted to create a beautiful, data-driven site experience that made a strong case for choosing the NESA region as an excellent choice for business. The design was kept clean and organized, but incorporated custom graphics and dynamic interactions to attract (and keep) the user’s attention as they move through the various pages.
strategy, site mapping, and wireframing
Planning was particularly important to this project. We strategized intensively to maintain an effortless user experience while presenting clear and concise information from nine northeastern South Carolina counties within one website.
a style board to fit their brand
We wanted to stay true to the NESA region and pull out clean photography and textures that would feel like home, all while staying true to the brand’s established guidelines.
BRING IT ALL TOGETHER
The website we created for the North Eastern Strategic Alliance provides an organized and easy-to-navigate experience, while also housing extensive amounts of data and relevant information within a fresh and clean design. Interactive pieces and valuable infographics to highlight the region’s incentives help NESA’s target audiences find exactly what they need or push them closer towards a decision to move their business.
